Autumn is fading and snowflakes are flying, but the glow from Central New York’s outstanding 2025 fall agriculture season remains.

Starting in August and September, a flood of visitors flocked to Central New York for fall-themed fun. Festivals and gatherings like the Syracuse Irish Festival and the New York State Fair draw many people to Onondaga County in the late summer, but fall agriculture staples like apples bring in visitors consistently throughout the season.
