A 33-year-old man from Cornwall was arrested on Dec. 3 and charged with b reak and enter a place — with intent to commit an indictable offence, p ossession of break-in instruments, and three counts of failure to comply with a release order.

Cornwall police alleged on Dec. 1 the man was bound by a release order with the relevant condition to report in-person to the bail supervision program and failed to do so.
