It’s been months since the Knights heard the final buzzer of their 2024–2025 season — a year that saw them fight to an impressive 25–5 record. Now, the 2025–2026 Lafayette Central Catholic girls basketball team is back — more determined than ever.
Kylie Schuessler said, “i t is a new team I think over summer definitely did help because we did lose people and so just like learning how each other play and all that stuff. ”
Brooke Thompson added, “ we did have such a great year last year and it’s a lot to live up to on. We lost a lot, but we have to step into those roles and yeah, we’re expecting a great season.”
