MILWAUKEE (TMJ4) — Milwaukee Bucks star Giannis Antetokounmpo is expected to be sidelined for approximately two to four weeks with a right calf strain, according to ESPN’s Shams Charania .
Antetokounmpo left the Bucks’ game with the Detroit Pistons on Wednesday night after straining his right calf in the first quarter.

The two-time MVP had just assisted on A.J. Green's layup less than three minutes into the game when he headed back up the court and slipped in the painted area. Antetokounmpo went down, clutched his right leg, and was eventually helped up before walking gingerly to the locker room.
The Bucks announced later in the first quarter that Antetokounmpo had a strained calf and would miss the rest of the game.
