A 13-year-old boy ran out of his Harrisburg home last week and told bystanders on the street that his father had just killed his mother, police said in court documents.
The boy told police he heard his mother, Violette Pierre, 31, arguing with his father, Rocheny Clerge, 33, before he left for school at about 8:38 a.m. on Nov. 25, according to an affidavit of probable cause.
When he returned at noon to the home on the 300 block of South 17th Street, he encountered Clerge fatally stabbing Pierre , then stabbing himself in the neck, court documents said.
Surveillance cameras from the nearby Rice & Beans Spanish restaurant recorded the 13-year-old frantically running out of the house about 10 to 20 seconds after entering, according to the affidavit.
