On Thursday at 11:42 a.m. the National Weather Service issued an updated snow squall warning in effect until 12:45 p.m. for Blair, Cambria, Cameron, Centre, Clearfield, Clinton, Lycoming and Tioga counties.
"At 11:41 a.m., a dangerous snow squall was located along a line extending from Cedar Run to near Punxsutawney, moving south at 30 mph," describes the weather service. "For those driving on Interstate 80, this includes areas between the Dubois Route 255 and Jersey Shore exits, specifically from mile markers 106 to 187. This includes the following Interstates: Interstate 99 between mile markers 59 and 68, and from mile markers 82 to 85. Interstate 180 from mile markers 18 to 29."
