Green Bay Packers safety Javon Bullard has been dealing with a nagging ankle injury recently, but he hasn’t missed any action to date. After the team’s fully padded practice on Wednesday, though, Bullard was a non-participant in practice on Thursday, along with receiver Savion Williams, defensive end Lukas Van Ness and defensive tackle Devonte Wyatt (who will eventually go on the injured reserve).
If Bullard misses this week’s game against the Chicago Bears, it will be the first game he has missed in full in 2025. Previously, he dropped out of Week 3 and Week 6, but at least he was able to play 30-plus defensive snaps in those games. When injured, Bullard, who starts in the slot, was replaced by cornerback Nate Hobbs.
This is where things get interesting. Hobbs has been out since Week 9
