The Central Lakes Association of Realtors (CLAR) November housing market statistics show a decrease in sales activity across most regions as the fall market winds down.
While several areas also experienced price adjustments, inventory levels remain healthy, continuing to support market balance and providing buyers with a range of options, the organization said.

“As 2025 nears its end, market conditions continue to favour buyers,” said CLAR president Christine Riley.
“Strong inventory levels and steadier price trends are creating solid opportunities for those entering the market for the first time and for buyers planning their next move.”
