SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- The City of South Bend announced a partnership with the Indiana Energy Saver Program, a federally funded program administered by the Indiana Office of Energy Development.
City officials say the program's goal is to help Hoosiers lower utility bills while improving comfort and energy efficiency.
The city plans to add local funds to expand the program's reach to help more South Bend residents afford energy-saving improvements and benefit from lower utility bills.
