Police have provided an updated on an incident involving actress Tara Reid.

Reid, who is best known for appearing in the American Pie film series, said last month that she was hospitalized and unconscious for eight hours after someone spiked her drink at a hotel bar.

The alleged incident occurred at the DoubleTree Hotel on River Road on Nov. 23, but according to NBC5 in Chicago , the Rosemont Police Department said surveillance video did not show any individual tampering with the drink.

Video also showed a bartender covering her drink with a napkin when she stepped away from the bar, which Reid also reported.

Photos of the scene obtained by TMZ later showed Reid slouched in a wheelchair in the hotel lobby and on a stretcher on her way to the hospital.
