ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) - Ron Washington, a fan favorite who spent several years with the Atlanta Braves organization, is set to join the San Francisco Giants as an infield coach, according to multiple reports.
This will be Washington’s 21st season as a big-league coach, joining new skipper Tony Vitello, the former University of Tennessee head coach, who is transitioning from college ball to the major leagues without any coaching experience.
