NASHUA, N.H. —
The owner of Sky Meadow Country Club in Nashua said the reopening of the club's restaurant Thursday night will be about new beginnings, months after a man was killed and several other people were injured in a shooting at the restaurant.
Owner Rob Parsons said the Sept. 20 shooting was traumatic, and everyone involved has had to heal from it.
"Since then, it's been just trying to mitigate the damage emotionally, between your members, staff, neighbors, and then it becomes a project management issue, which I am much better at dealing with, which is rebuilding the restaurant physically, which is far easier than rebuilding the lives that were shattered," Parsons said.
