CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) — A four-month investigation reveals health concerns at a healthcare facility that has received nearly $13M in taxpayer funding over the past two years.

The Cuyahoga County Diversion Center — which provides addiction and mental health services to approximately a thousand people annually — is operated by Oriana House,Inc. , a non-profit corporation based in Akron.

Half a dozen registered nurses who worked there claim the facility caused them serious health problems.

Registered nurses Lydia Warner and Amber Hill worked at the center for years.

Warner left this fall, while Hill stopped coming to work in July because of health problems.

“I could barely make it through a 12-hour shift,” Hill said.

Warner described experiencing severe symptoms while working.
