MADISON (WKOW) — Three teenagers are facing charges of armed robbery and battery following an attack on Madison's south side. The incident involved the teenagers allegedly assaulting a woman and taking nearly $400 from her, according to court documents.
Police report that the crime took place on Diving Hawk Trail. The teenagers used a stolen gun to force the woman to hand over $100 in cash and nearly $300 in electronic payments.
The criminal complaint identifies the suspects as 17-year-old Tony Caldwell, 17-year-old Daequan D. Lewis, and 18-year-old Zion Mather-Fox.
Mather-Fox's booking photo was not immediately available.
Investigators revealed that the victim had met Caldwell and Mather-Fox at a Madison bar prior to the crime. She agreed to give Caldwell gas money for bringing her fo
