CLEVELAND, Ohio — Clevelanders were searching for a little bit of everything in 2025, heartbreak ballads, viral slang, blockbuster tours, even global soccer phenoms, according to Google’s newly released “Year in Search” for the Cleveland metro area.
Music dominated the list, starting with Taylor Swift’s “Wood,” a track from her 2025 catalogue that reaffirmed her hold on streaming charts nationwide. Also high on Cleveland’s list was “Ordinary,” a pop-rock single from digital creator–turned–recording artist Alex Warren. The genre-bending “Golden” by HUNTR/X surged through playlists with its alternative–electronic blend, while the Saja Boys, internet-native artists who built a fan base on short-form video platforms, claimed two spots with their catchy hits “Soda Pop” and “Your Idol.”
