ROCHESTER, Minn.-The Landing MN says as the state of Minnesota is facing subzero degree temperatures there are several resources in the Rochester community for those who need help getting out of the cold.
Crystal Gray, medical services coordinator at the Landing's day center, says the center is open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. for anyone who wants to drop by and get out of the cold.
While they're there she says they can take a warm shower, and pick up any winter gear they don't have already including coats, hats and boots.
She says the Landing provides these clothes with help from community donations and is currently looking for more men's snow pants of all sizes it can distribute to its clients.
