ANKENY, Iowa ( KCCI ) - Ankeny police are asking for the public’s help finding a missing 16-year-old girl.

Jayla Rodriguez was reported missing and last checked in with a guardian on November 26.

Police say she is known to visit the Des Moines and Knoxville areas regularly but they do not know who she may be with.

Rodriguez is described as a black 5′5″ girl with black hair and brown eyes.
