A teenage boy from Birmingham was among three arrested after a boy was punched and robbed in a city centre.

One teenage boy was ‘attacked’ by three others in Conduit Street in Lichfield on Wednesday evening, December 3.

Staffordshire Police received reports of the attack where a group was said to have punched and kicked a boy and stolen his e-bike.

They fled towards Lichfield City railway station.

But officers arrived at the scene and arrested three 17-year-old boys, one from Aston in Birmingham , another from Smethwick in the Black Country and a third from Stafford.

They were all bailed with conditions while police investigations continued.
