When the Dallas Cowboys needed George Pickens the most, he let them down.
The Cowboys entered Thursday night’s clash against the Detroit Lions in a must-win situation. When star wide receiver CeeDee Lamb exited the game with a concussion in the third quarter, it was time for George Pickens to step up and save the day.
But Pickens wasn’t up for the challenge, to say the least. Throughout the second half, there were numerous instances of him barely putting in an effort on some of his routes:
