SOMERSET, Pa. – A young girl testified Thursday that former Somerset County 911 coordinator Bradley Lavan showed her video of a child-like character in a crib committing sex acts before encouraging her to do the same.

“She was a baby,” the now-7-year-old said, recalling the image she said Lavan played on his phone when they were alone together several years ago. ×
