SOMERSET, Pa. – Sitting in a Somerset County courtroom Tuesday, an 8-year-old girl testified about memories of visits to former Somerset County 911 coordinator Bradley Lavan’s home years ago.

She testified that she recalled a dollhouse in his basement, playing “kitchen” with other children, and the moment she said Lavan convinced her to perform sex acts on him. ×
