SOMERSET, Pa. – A search of former Somerset County 911 coordinator Bradley Lavan’s cellphone after trial Tuesday showed he accessed an image of anatomically correct dolls – an issue Somerset County Judge Daniel Rullo called “concerning.”

It led Rullo to ban Lavan from viewing any electronic devices in court Wednesday. ×
