Ottawa police have charged a 23-year-old man following an investigation into child sexual abuse and exploitation material offences. Article content

In a release Friday, police said members of the OPS Internet Child Exploitation (ICE) unit were “alerted to a report of a minor being exploited by a man located in Ottawa.” Article content Article content

An investigation resulted in the arrest Thursday of Yunseong Kim.

He was charged with making, selling and possessing child sexual abuse and exploitation material, child luring, and extortion.

The ICE Unit believes there could be other victims.
