MARION, Ill. (KFVS) - A fast-food restaurant in Marion, Illinois, is no longer open for business.

The Hardee’s on the 1100 block of North Carbon Street is closed.

A sign taped on the door of the eatery reads, “This location is permanently closed thank you for your business please visit us at one of our other locations”.

There is no word on what prompted the closure.

Three other Hardee’s locations in southern Illinois have closed recently. The Anna location closed on July 28 and the Du Quoin and Carterville locations closed at the beginning of 2024.
