We started off today on the chilly side, in the upper 10s to low 20s. However, there is an additional ingredient present today that was not present yesterday, and that is the presence of a southerly wind.

The change in wind direction is associated with a warm front that will be continuing to slide throughout the day, putting us in the warm sector, and thus setting us up for warmer temperatures. In fact, high temperatures today are expected to be 20 degrees warmer than yesterday with mid 40s forecasted.

While it will be partly cloudy for much of the day, clouds will continue to build in overnight, leading to a mostly cloudy sky, with low temperatures in the upper 20s. Mostly cloudy sky conditions will also persist for the entirety of the weekend as well.
