JACKSON, MI – A woman is suing Jackson-based Alro Steel, alleging a former general manager and a warehouse worker sexually harassed her, another employee told her of a gun he brought to work, and supervisors dismissed her repeated complaints.
Then General Manager Chris Reynolds began sending Jillian Sturgill of Grosse Pointe Woods messages from his work-issued phone in February 2025, according to the lawsuit. The messages included photos and videos of “nudity and BDSM material,” photographs of naked artwork of women, a photo of a “blow-up doll” and references to his sexual interests, the lawsuit states.
