Lamar Jackson is back at practice Friday ahead of the Ravens' battle for first place with the rival Pittsburgh Steelers.
Jackson missed Thursday's practice due to an ankle injury. NFL Network's Ian Rapoport reported that Jackson had his foot stepped on during Wednesday’s practice .
Offensive Coordinator Todd Monken said Thursday that he expects Jackson to play against the Steelers.
Jackson, who hasn't had a full week of practice in a month due to knee, ankle, and toe injuries, is hoping to come out sharper against the Steelers after he had three turnovers in the Ravens' Thanksgiving loss to the Cincinnati Bengals.
With five weeks to go, the Ravens and Steelers are tied atop the AFC North with 6-6 records, with the Bengals lurking two games behind.
