A Sharon Hill man who was supposed to go to trial this week on making terroristic threats and related offenses for threatening to blow a woman’s head off last year instead entered an open plea Thursday to a charge of possession of a firearm prohibited, a first-degree felony.
Jamal Stuckey, 31, also pleaded to possession of a controlled substance, an ungraded misdemeanor. The remaining charges were dismissed under the plea agreement put forward by Assistant District Attorney Rachel Sweeney and defense counsel Michaela Kelly.
Stuckey was charged by Darby Township police following the incident on the 900 block of Sharon Avenue on June 30, 2024.
