GREENSBORO, N.C. — The Guilford County Board of Commissioners will hold a public hearing on December 18 at 5:30 p.m. to discuss a proposed economic development incentive grant for Project Superman, a company considering a local expansion.

If approved, the grant could provide up to $196,500 and help create 131 new jobs by 2030. The project may locate at 7910 and 7915 Triad Center Drive and represents a projected $13.5 million investment in property and equipment.

The Board says the grant is intended to boost the local economy, support business growth, and fund jobs paying at or above the county’s median wage. Incentives are contingent on the company signing a local economic development agreement.
