MINNEAPOLIS — Whether you enjoy a good old-fashioned barbecue or prefer a vegan style, Rollin Nolen's BBQ has options at Minneapolis' Midtown Global Market.

Owner TJ Nolen visited KARE 11 News at Noon on Friday to share more about the restaurant.

Nolen opened his first brick-and-mortar restaurant on Nov. 21 in Midtown Global Market. Rollin Nolen's BBQ has two food trucks as well.

The restaurant offers pulled pork, ribs, chicken tenders and wings, brisket and burgers, all coated in unique seasonings. Vegan foodies can enjoy plant-based burgers, cauliflower bites, coleslaw and baked beans.
