OMAHA, Neb. —
Omaha native Terence "Bud" Crawford entered a plea for an alleged infraction from a traffic stop after his celebration in Omaha.
He pleaded not guilty to a charge of careless driving .
Crawford was stopped at 12th and Capitol around 1:30 a.m. Sept. 28 for allegedly driving recklessly.

Omaha police said radar was not recorded, but officers believe Crawford was speeding more than twice the speed limit.
The officer noticed a gun by Crawford's feet and ordered everyone out of the vehicle at gunpoint, Omaha police said.
Officers confirmed all four of the individuals were allowed to carry guns, and Crawford was cited for reckless driving.
He is scheduled to appear in court next on Dec. 31.
