PHOENIX — A man has been arrested after allegedly being linked to multiple late November homicides in Phoenix, authorities announced Friday.
Adalberto Cordova Torres, 21, was arrested Thursday and booked into jail on two counts of first-degree murder and one count of discharging a firearm at a residence, according to the Phoenix Police Department.
He is being held on a $3 million bond.
