HOUSTON, Tex. (KGNS) - Attorney Tony Buzbee held a press conference Friday, Dec. 5, disputing the Austin Police Department’s conclusion and timeline of events. Aguilera’s family last spoke to her a week ago, and she was found dead hours later.
“Am I suggesting that there’s some kind of conspiracy? No, I’m suggesting they’re lazy and they’re incompetent,” Buzbee said.
Buzbee disputed that Aguilera had taken her own life and challenged the timeline Austin police provided, including details about the last call Aguilera made.
The lawyer also questioned the layout of the balcony, saying Aguilera was short and there was no furniture for her to climb to jump over the rail.
