The search for the gunmen who opened fire at a child's birthday party in Stockton , leaving four people dead, is now on day six. Three children were among those killed in last Saturday's shooting.

However, weeks before the deadly shooting, concerns were raised about the location on Lucile Avenue near Thornton Road.

The county says it is still investigating that complaint. However, we know the county requires any business to first get a license to operate from them, and it tells us it "never received a request to operate any business at that location."
