ASHEVILLE - Another Buncombe County Sheriff's Office employee has been arrested and charged with assault on a female.

Deputy Gregory Bembry, 30, was arrested Dec. 4 and booked into the Buncombe County Detention Facility just after 10:30 p.m. under no bond issued by a magistrate, the sheriff's office said in a news release Dec. 5. Bembry was required to be held without bond due to a 48-hour domestic violence hold, court records show.
