FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- The Fresno County Sheriff's Office is asking for the public's help in identifying a woman who was found unconscious in a Sanger field.

Deputies say on November 22, they were called to the field about a woman who was unconscious.

When she eventually regained consciousness, she was not coherent.

A check of her fingerprints did not reveal her identity and deputies say she is not answering questions from hospital staff.

She is described as being in her late 20s to early 30s.

Anyone with any information is asked to contact the Sheriff's Office.
