A house that sold for $890,000 tops the list of the most expensive residential real estate sales in Linden between Nov. 10 and Nov. 30.

During the past three weeks, a total of 11 residential real estate sales were registered in the area, with an average price of $472,136, or $419 per square foot.

The prices in the list below include real estate sales where the title was recorded from the week of November 10 to the week of Nov. 30 even if the property may have been sold earlier.

10. $15K, single-family house at 120 S. Stiles Street

The sale of the single-family residence at 120 S. Stiles Street in Linden, has been finalized. The price was $15,000. It was built in 1923. The deal was finalized on Oct. 27.

9. $55K, detached house at 1019 Wheatsheaf Road
