ALBEMARLE COUNTY, Va, (CBS19 NEWS) -- The Albemarle County Police Department (ACPD) has arrested a man in connection with the sexual assault of a child.

According to ACPD, officers opened an investigation on Thursday, Dec. 4, 2025, after receiving a report that a child had allegedly been assaulted while in the care of a babysitter.
