NORTH TONAWANDA, N.Y. — A Buffalo man is facing charges after his dogs allegedly attacked a woman outside of North Tonawanda City Hall.
According to North Tonawanda Police, on November 18 officers responded to reports that a woman had been attacked by two dogs outside of North Tonawanda City Hall. The woman suffered severe lacerations as a result of the attack and was transported to a local hospital for treatment.

Police say that the owner of the dogs, 48-year-old Derrick Roseboro of Buffalo, was at the scene, and after an investigation, officers discovered that this was allegedly "at least the third instance of Roseboro's two dogs attacking a person." It was also the second such incident in North Tonawa
