Arne Slot feels Liverpool were unlucky not to beat Leeds after they drew 3-3 at Elland Road, arguing the hosts did not have a quality chance in the match.

Liverpool were 2-0 up with 50 minutes played, but were pegged back to two apiece shortly after. Dominik Szoboszlai restored their lead late on before Ao Tanaka slammed an equaliser home in the 96th minute.

Despite the concerning nature of Liverpool’s collapse, which led Szoboszlai to question his team-mates’ mentality , Slot maintained that his side deserved the win.
