The Steelers are making some major changes to their receiver rotation for Sunday afternoon’s game against the Ravens.
Roman Wilson and Ke’Shawn Williams are inactive, while newcomers Marquez Valdes-Scantling and Adam Thielen are active.
The Steelers acquired Thielen on Tuesday when they claimed him off waivers from the Minnesota Vikings. He practiced with the team Wednesday for the first time. Valdes-Scantling was signed to the practice squad last month and was elevated to the active roster for the first time on Saturday.
The Steelers passing game has slumped in recent weeks, with the low point coming in last Sunday’s 26-7 loss to the Bills. Aaron Rodgers threw for just 121 yards in the game. DK Metcalf was the only receiver to catch a pass against the Bills; Wilson and Calvin Austin II
