GREENVILLE, S.C. —
Prisma Health Children's Hospital celebrated its annual Good Night Lights event in both Greenville and Columbia on Sunday Night.
The celebration brought an assortment of colorful lights and community support to the windows of patients spending their holidays in the hospital.
“For us to be able to communicate with the community, even through a glass window, was so special," said MaLeah Snipes, the mother of 15-year-old Madison Snipes, a patient at Prisma Children's Hospital in Greenville.
“I thank God for this experience, even though it was scary at first, but the love and joy Miss Madison has received here, I pray that the other parents and children experience the same thing,” said Maleah Snipes.
