Café owner's brutal response to customer who complained dog wasn't allowed on the furniture

A café owner has responded to a complaint from a dog owner who left a negative review because their pet was not allowed on the sofa.

The Wilderness Café (Y Gwyllt) in Harlech, Gwynedd , is hugely popular, boasting an almost flawless TripAdvisor rating. The café is also known for being pet-friendly and is a favourite among dog owners, many of whom drop by after a visit to the nearby beach.

However, the café has established "gentle boundaries", which include keeping pets off the sofas - a rule that most dog owners are happy to abide by.
