I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here! finalist Shona McGarty has finally spoken out about the romance speculation surrounding her and rapper Aitch.

The former EastEnders star secured third place in the gruelling reality show, behind winner Angry Ginge and runner-up Tom Read Wilson .

Aitch, who had been tipped as an early contender for the jungle crown, came fourth and previously shut down any romantic suggestions, maintaining they were simply friends.
