An IndiGo pilot’s heartfelt apology, delivered during the time the airline was facing delays and disruptions, has struck social media users' hearts and earned him appreciation.

Captain Pradeep Krishnan posted a video on Instagram in which he is seen standing at the front of the aircraft and addressing passengers directly in Tamil.

In the clip, he says, “We are sorry for the inconvenience caused, and we will keep you all updated whenever we can. Thank you.” His sincerity was immediately recognised by passengers, who responded with warm applause, a moment that moved several viewers.
