SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. — Coronado High School parents, we want to give you a heads up: Scottsdale police said they’ll have more officers than usual on campus on Monday, Dec. 8. Authorities told 12News they arrested a teenage boy recently for sending a threatening message to the school’s social media account.

Officers said the boy acted alone, adding he could not follow through with his threat. According to authorities, he faces criminal charges.
