A Karns City man is accused of firing a gun outside the Concord Township residence of a person he believed called the police on him a day prior.

Michael K. Freedline, 60, was charged Dec. 2 with one misdemeanor count each of terroristic threats, harassment and disorderly conduct following an incident that day.

Police said they responded after Freedline reportedly exited his Hooker Road residence around 9 a.m., stood in the road outside a nearby residence and fired a gun. Police said Freedline said, “I’m going to find you out, I’m going to kill you,” before firing the gun.

When speaking with Freedline outside his residence, police reportedly asked him to lower his speaking volume because an unknown child was seen walking nearby. Police said Freedline continued yelling profanity and that
