It's another cloudy, gloomy, and chilly day in the Tennessee Valley. Thanks to the especially dense cloud cover today, we'll barely see any changes in temperature. Out-the-door temps are in the low 40s and we'll only rise to the mid-40s at our warmest.
There is a very literal light at the end of the tunnel though, after a few hours of morning cloud cover to start Tuesday, plenty of sunshine will take over! Tuesday morning starts off in the upper 20s with frost on the windshield but by late afternoon, that sunshine warms us to nearly 50 degrees.
Wednesday features mostly sunny skies with highs in the upper 50s before yet another cool off. We'll fall to near 50 for both Thursday and Friday with mixes of clouds and sunshine overhead.
