MONROEVILLE, Pa. —

Emergency responders are on the scene of a crash involving a school bus and a vehicle in Monroeville.

Pictures from the scene on Monroeville Boulevard, near the entrance to Target and Giant Eagle, show a Gateway School District bus and an overturned SUV. Advertisement

An ambulance was on scene but has since left. According to the Gateway assistant superintendent, five children were taken to the hospital to be checked out.

Parents have been notified. It is unclear the condition of the person or persons in the SUV.
