MADISON, Wis. (WBAY) - The rumble in the skies this week isn’t likely to be snow thunder but F-35 fighter jets.
The Wisconsin Air National Guard announced its 115th Fighter Wing is conducting evening training flights Monday through Thursday, so don’t be alarmed if you see or hear fighter jets overhead.
Although most training flights take place during the day, pilots and maintenance personnel need to conduct nighttime training to maintain their readiness in all conditions.
Most training flights will end by 7:30 p.m.
